How do I place an order?

A. Don’t worry! Ordering from us is easy. Follow these easy steps.

Tour the shop to choose your desired products, next add them to the cart.
Continue to cart, review your items, double-check that they are correct, apply coupon codes. (apply BTC15 code to get 15 of if paying with bitcoin)
Proceed to checkout, fill in the shipping address information for the order to be delivered

Review the information. Click the “Place Order” button.
Provided after checkout is an invoice with a unique barcode and bitcoin address for you to send the payment to.

Please allow up to 2 hours for your transfer to be confirmed (4 hours on weekends)
If paying with Cashapp or Zelle, contact us immediately to provide you with the account to send the payment to.

After accepting payment, a confirmation email will notify you. The order is then placed into processing while the items prepare for delivery.

Afterward, you will receive an email with a tracking number to confirm your order is now out for delivery *Trace the parcel with the tracking number provided*

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

Customer satisfaction is one of our main priorities. Please contact us, or speak with one of our live agents, and we will certainly resolve the problem.

How do I get a refund?

We offer a hundred percent refund or missing packages. You can choose to have us reship or refund in full. We however offer refunds only for missing packages and under no other condition once your order is processed.

How much does shipping cost?

$15 shipping fee applies to orders less than $200. All orders $200+ qualify for FREE shipping.

How will you package my order?

We vacuum-seal all package eliminating any odor. In addition, we discreetly package every order for maximum privacy.

When will you ship my order?

After receiving payment for your order, we will ship your package within 24 hours!

What’s the estimated time for delivery?

Each order is sent with express shipping, ensuring you get your package within 48 hours.

Do you ship outside USA?

We ship within the USA, Canada, and some countries in Europe. We have Worldwide shipping but quotes might vary

Where can I find my tracking number?

You’ll receive an e-mail with your tracking number once the shipping company receives your package. Please allow up to 6 hours for your tracking number to appear in their system.

What if I don't want my package safe dropped?

Please leave a note that says “Do not safe drop”  at checkout under “Order Notes” at the bottom of the page.
